Five years, in writing, on the parts that actually fail. The category standard is one year.
What is covered
- Zippers, sliders and pulls
- Stitching and seams
- Rivets, D-rings and buckles
- Strap anchors and attachment points
- Hardware plating failure
What is not covered
- Patina, darkening and softening of the leather, which is normal and expected
- Scratches, scuffs and marks from ordinary use
- Damage from accident, misuse or neglect
- Repairs or alterations carried out by anyone else
- Loss or theft
How to make a claim
Send us your order number and a photograph of the fault. If it is covered, we repair the bag or replace it, and we cover the shipping in both directions.
The warranty runs for five years from the date of delivery and applies to the original purchaser.
