What leather do you use?

Full-grain leather only. It is the outermost layer of the hide, the strongest part of it, and the only grade that develops a real patina rather than peeling.

Will the leather change over time?

Yes, and that is the point. It darkens, softens and picks up the marks of how you use it. Full-grain leather looks better at year five than it does on day one.

How do I care for it?

Keep it dry, let it dry naturally if it gets wet, and condition it lightly once or twice a year. Nothing else is needed.

What does the warranty cover?

Five years on hardware and stitching: zippers, seams, rivets, D-rings, strap anchors and buckles. Full detail on the warranty page.

Can I have my initials on it?

Yes, up to four, blind embossed into the leather tag at no charge. Add them at checkout. Personalised bags are still returnable.

Can I return a bag?

Sixty days, return shipping paid by us. See the returns page.

Will a laptop fit?

Every product page lists the interior dimensions and the largest laptop the bag takes. Check there before you order, or ask us and we will measure it for you.
