Returns & Refunds
Sixty days to decide. We pay the return shipping.
The short version
If a bag is not right for you, send it back within sixty days of delivery and we will refund it in full. Personalised bags are returnable too, embossed initials and all.
Condition
We ask that the bag comes back unused and in its original packaging, with the dust bag and tags included. Normal handling is fine. A bag that has been carried daily for two months is not.
How to return something
- Contact us with your order number and tell us what you would like to do.
- We send you a prepaid return label.
- Pack the bag in its original box and send it back.
Refunds
Once the bag reaches us and passes a quick check, we issue the refund to the original payment method. Your bank decides how quickly it lands, usually within a few working days.
Exchanges
If you would rather swap for a different bag or colour, say so when you contact us and we will arrange it directly rather than making you return and reorder.
